Meditating for Life

I've recently took up meditating. My job can be pretty stressful and sometimes I feel very unfocused in life. Studies show meditation can help with focus, stress reduction, increasing creativity, and a leveling out of emotions among other benefits.

If you're reading this and you're not me, then thank you for doing so! Again, welcome! I'm a regular person trying to live the best life possible. Some people might find this interesting while others, not so much. I mean, aren't we all trying to do that?
